Clean room, lovely staff. They fall down on their reception where the staff are not well trained and the atmosphere gloomy. Needs a makeover

Our stay was great! The staff were super friendly, welcoming and accomodating. Our room was clean. There were several pools on the resort as well which really helps spread everyone out. It never felt overcrowded at the resort even though they were full. Great place to stay!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was good. The rooms were clean but a little dated. More mosquitos than expected but not enough to spoil the trip.

Amazing! I will never understand how anyone could give this place lessthan 5 stars. Staff was great and would go out of their way to help you, rooms cleaned more than they say, always a beach chair and towels, always a restaurant and bar to go to and good food. The only downside was how rude some of the guests are to the staff. These people should keep theor negative attitude towards themselves. Be sure to tip these lovely ladies and gentlemen as much as possible. All inclusive doesnt mean you shouldnt show respect.

Difficult to talk to anyone about our room before arrival. Difficult to modify the reservation at all. Roads and pavers and pool areas need updating. Construction being done just outside the breakfast area - during breakfast. Taxi stand drivers charging different rates for the same trips. Incredibly slow service. Some staff were great! But some staff members acted bothered at our requests. Good array of activitiesz

I was extremely disappointed with the way the beaches/ bay on the property were advertised vs what we met when we arrived. The bay is completely covered in sea grass you can’t see through the water. There were no swim-able beaches. Most of the staff was helpful and kind. We wanted to do the catamaran tour however the tour person was not there for two days in a row and no one else could assist. The food was good minus the Caribbean buffet night the food left more to be desired. Overall I would not stay here again, a resort on the south side would have been way more enjoyable.

Hotel is dated needs upgrade, lack entertainment for guest,beach being worked on for excessive sea weeds.i would grade it a ?? ?? ?? Hotel.

Antigua is a beautiful island, my mother's homeland. Overall, the experience was good but this resort lacks in the food selection. I came to Antigua to experience Caribbean cuisine but most of the food options were American and not that good. The staff were very accommodating and the room was spacious and cozy.
